RECOVERABLE WAFFLE SLAB SYSTEM
The NOPIN lightweight flat recoverable waffle slab formwork system makes it possible to carry out slab casting by using recoverable waffle slabs with a vaulted shape, which reproduces the same shape in the concrete for which it serves as formwork in the first phase of the setting process.
The NOPIN trays or recoverable waffle slabs are made of rigid and elastic polypropylene that allows them to bear the weight of the concrete and not become deformed when released from the shoring, complying with all the safety standards. What is more, this system adapts to various centre distance possibilities, from 80x80 to 84x84.
In this way, the welded components adapt to form a horizontal framework that reproduces the vaulted shape of the trays.
